What a fun family shoot with Rachel is like!
A normal session with me is getting to the spot that I've scouted and know like the back of my hand to find me smiling and waving from my car! We walk together to my first spot, and I'm happy to carry anything if you need! I instantly start connecting with the kiddos, asking them all about their favorite things (usually I have a leg up from the questionnaire I will send you!) The more they trust me, the more fun we will have. I tell everyone where to stand and what to do with their hands (that's the trick to really feel and look relaxed.)
Everyone will get a chance to take a deep breath - especially mom and dad! I will then break out all my games, and crazy tricks to get your kiddos to look at the camera, smile, have genuine fun as your stress melts away that we are getting the pictures you dreamed of.
If your family is full of older kids or teens, it's the same as with little but less booger jokes. We get your big kids to feel comfortable and look their best too. I move quick and get what we need before your teenagers get too bored!

Family Session Packages
Mini Sessions
300 in Cache Valley
Mini sessions are the perfect option for families needing family pictures without any fluff! These sessions take place on certain days every season in a pre-determined location in Cache Valley. They are 20 min session designed to get all the must have shots, candids, each kiddo and couple photos! You are guaranteed 40+ photos!
Full Sessions
415
These sessions are a great option for more customization. Full family sessions last 45-60 mins and you are guaranteed 75+ photos. Full family sessions are available to schedule year round, and you can select your favorite locations! More poses, more variety and even an outfit swap if wanted!
Extended Family Session
Starting at 650
When is the last time you got family pictures with grandma and grandpa, your siblings and their families and all the cousins? Gather everyone together for an 60-90 min session that includes big group photos, each smaller family and a portrait of every family member and couple! For groups of 25+ people. These sessions range between 120-200+ images depending on family size.

As a Logan Utah Family Photographer, I know that these will fill up quick. Here are my mini session options for 2024 in Cache Valley! These are the best chance to get updated photos with out paying for a full session! A mini session is $300 + tax! I will add Salt Lake dates with enough interest.

Select your session type, book the date, and I will send you family session planning guides to help choose outfits, location, and recommend the best time of day! We will meet up the day of the shoot where I will take the lead with fun and games for the kiddos and easy and relaxed posing for everyone! I will deliver the high res gallery with a 2 week guarantee (usually faster!) and all the images are available for download, printing and sharing with friends and family!
